CANADA LIFE HIGHLY COMMENDED FOR ANNUITY PROVISION AT MONEYWISE AWARDS


The National Customer Service Awards Canada Life has been “Highly Commended” in the “Best Annuity Provider” category at the 2005 Moneywise Awards. The award, presented at a ceremony at Quaglino’s in London, was accepted by Lynn McGrane, Team Manager, Annuities, of Canada Life.


The Moneywise Awards comprise of 7 awards across 7 categories and are judged by a panel of IFAs. The judges reviewed annuity rates historically over 1, 3 and 5 years and praised Canada Life particularly for their rates over 1 year in addition to current competitive rates.

National Sales Awards - Sales Support Team of the Year - FINALIST


National Sales Awards The quality of Canada Life's sales support was recognised at the National Sales Awards with the team reaching the final 4 of the Sales Support Team of the Year category.

Canada Life were the only Financial Services company to make it through to the finals out of 36 companies entered in the category.

National Customer Service Awards - Customer Service Management Team Award - FINALIST


The National Customer Service Awards Canada Life was chosen, out of 64 nominations, as a finalist for the Customer Service Management Team Award.
The awards ceremony was held at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London on 21 September 04 with over 400 UK companies represented in the Awards and 1650 Customer Service Professionals present.
Ian Gilmour, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Canada Life UK Ltd attended the awards with his team and said:
"Being in the top 8 firms for the Customer Service Management Team Award is a rewarding recognition of our efforts. Customer Service teams within Canada Life are now achieving service standards of 99%+, quality has improved and complaints reduced by 50%."
