or services, we may carry out checks with licensed credit-reference agencies
and record such searches. As part of our checks and in order to prevent
possible fraud, we may also exchange information with other insurers or
relevant companies using various databases.
Customer Service Information
For training purposes calls to our Customer Service teams may be recorded
and/or monitored.
Protection of Information
Our site is secured physically by being contained in a secure location
and by limiting access to authorised personnel only, and from unauthorised
entry via the web by the use of firewalls. We protect personal information
sent to us over the web through the use of SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption,
