In the process of providing you with any requested product information or services, we may carry out checks with licensed credit-reference agencies and record such searches. As part of our checks and in order to prevent possible fraud, we may also exchange information with other insurers or relevant companies using various databases.

For training purposes calls to our Customer Service teams may be recorded and/or monitored.
