The system has been developed to provide online services to intermediaries via a web portal. Secure access is available either via UNIPASS or by individual registration.

CLASS provides a complete end-to-end solution for group risk administration. In July 2008, Canada Life launched eRenewal and eAdmin. eRenewal allows intermediaries to renew schemes entirely online obtaining revision accounts, and appropriate medical underwriting forms for those members who require medical underwriting. eAdmin gives intermediaries the ability to make 10 common risk amendments to their existing eBusiness online, completed within a service standard of 24-hours.
