RED ARC
RED ARC provides practical and emotional support to scheme members and their immediate family once a Critical Ilness claim has been submitted.
If you want to be contacted, RED ARC will arrange for a personal nurse adviser to
get in touch.
The personal nurse adviser will explain the service and discuss any areas where you might need extra support.
A personal nurse adviser will be available for as long as necessary.Access is unlimited during normal business hours.
In addition to providing ongoing advice and support, the personal nurse adviser can arrange further help, if needed, such as:
- Home visit from a specialist nurse
- Course of therapy, for example, physiotherapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy or complementary therapy
- A programme of counselling
The personal nurse adviser can also put you in contact with specialist charities and self-help groups.
