We have already made good progress furthering gender equality and inclusivity in the past year across our organisation, including by creating a Women in Leadership group to support and promote existing and aspiring female leaders within the UK business, running focused development workshops for some of our pipeline of female talent and making enhancements to our maternity pay package.

We are always aware of the need to do more, and forthcoming initiatives include the introduction of unconscious bias training across the organisation and a mentoring scheme for our talented female leaders.
