We’re proud to announce we've enhanced our Group Critical Illness product. Our market-leading changes give all employers and employees up to £500k of cover. Not just the high earners. We’ve also made it easier for employees to up their cover at big life events.

What Critical Illness products are affected?

We’ve removed the 5x salary maximum benefit.

Policies become fairer for all employees. Anyone can have a potential benefit up to £500k, not just high earners.

Up to £100k of flexible benefits can be bought in a year, no matter how many steps are involved.

Employees now have more choice when selecting their benefits. They’re given greater flexibility during life events such as having children or taking out a mortgage.
