I started as an apprentice at Canada Life, working in various roles before taking the opportunity to move into sales. The on-the-job support from the Head of Sales and the wider team really helped me progress. At first, I was fairly nervous making phone calls in my new role. Now I present at meetings and events with confidence. Canada Life has helped me grow as an individual and in the workplace.
