How does my organisation access perks?

You’ll need to complete a simple onboarding process to access the perks and discounts. Once you’ve completed the form, you’ll be guided through the onboarding process by our partner, TELUS Health. How do employees download the app?

Download the mobile app from the <a href="https://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/lifeworks/id662088737?mt=8https://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/lifeworks/id662088737?mt=8">Apple App Store</a> or <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.wam.android">Google Play</a>. Simply search 'TELUS Health One' and look for the TELUS Health logo.

How do employees access perks?

Once your organisation has onboarded for perks, you’ll need to invite employees to register via the TELUS Health admin panel. Once they’ve registered, employees can access discounts through the app or online. App Employees can log in or register using their email and a password. They can download the TELUS Health One app from the App Store or Google Play. Online Employees can also access perks via their company’s unique TELUS Health One URL, which will be in the format of companyname.lifeworks.com. They can also access perks through the <a rel="noopener" href="https://app.lifeworks.com/" target="_blank">TELUS Health One website</a> or by visiting <a rel="noopener" href="https://myemployeecare.lifeworks.com/" target="_blank">https://myemployeecare.lifeworks.com/</a>.
