With the end of the tax year fast approaching, and keeping some of the Chancellor’s Autumn Statement announcements in mind, you’re invited to join us at our upcoming webinar on end of year financial planning for 2023/24.

More will follow in the new year on some of the Chancellor’s announcements, as we analyse and await further clarity, but we’ll be using our webinar to discuss:

• Some of the changes in taxation legislation and how this could impact your clients' holistic financial plans
• The traditional components of financial planning
• The tax efficient savings and vehicles available when constructing recommendations to clients

About the presenter

This webinar is hosted by Julia Peake, Technical Specialist: Tax, Trust and Estate Planning at Canada Life.

Julia is a member of the of the technical team for the Wealth side of the Canada Life business. She specialises in the tax, trust and estate planning arena.

Julia writes articles for both internal and external audiences, assists with technical queries, consults on cases, and helps to develop internal expertise through her training. Her main role is working with the distribution team and our partner firms to deliver presentations on a range of tax, trust, and estate planning subjects, both at a regional and national basis, to our clients in in the intermediary marketplace.

Julia joined Canada Life a couple of years ago. Prior to joining, she has held many roles throughout her 20-year financial services career, working with providers, wealth planners and national advisory networks in the pension, tax, trust, and estate planning markets.
