Dealing with the estate of someone who has died can be a challenging task. The Probate Helpline supports employees and their families when managing a wide range of legal, financial and administrative matters, at an emotional time.

Probate Helpline provides unlimited 24/7 telephone access to probate experts covering family disputes, validity of wills, power of attorney and obtaining probate.
All employees who are covered under a Canada Life Group Life Assurance policy or the immediate family of a deceased member can make use of the service. “Immediate family” can include a spouse, partner, registered civil partner, parent, sibling, child over 16 or carer. It also includes anyone who is dealing with the deceased member’s estate. If the caller is in the UK, access to the service is completely free.
