If you're a new or existing home finance customer you can speak to a UK-based GP, receive mental health support and access legal or financial guidance – all from the comfort of your own home.

WeCare is automatically available to all of our new and existing home finance customers and their immediate families. This includes spouses or partners, family members in the same household, and any legal dependents.
You have 3 options to choose from
You’ll be asked to provide an access code when you first set up your profile. This is your 9-digit customer reference number and it can be found at the top of letters we send to you.
Just so you know, you’ll need to complete a quick online ID check to access the GP services.
WeCare is provided by Teladoc Health. This service is non-contractual and can be withdrawn at any time if our partnership with Teladoc Health ends.
