A full range of virtual health and wellbeing services available around the clock

WeCare is a virtual health and wellbeing service that offers you and your family 24/7 access to thousands of experts. If you're a new or existing home finance customer you can speak to a UK-based GP, receive mental health support and access legal or financial guidance – all from the comfort of your own home and at no added cost.

What does WeCare offer?

Health and medical

  • Speak to a UK-based GP through a video or phone call, anytime it’s needed
  • Private prescriptions arranged and delivered to your front door
  • Second opinion from a consultant on diagnosis, treatment, or the need for surgery
  • Support to quit smoking with access to guidance and resources throughout

Mental health

  • Talk with mental health practitioners, including psychologists and psychotherapists
  • Learn coping mechanisms and stress reduction techniques to help adapt to new challenges
  • Life events counselling to help you adjust to big changes like divorce, retirement, or the loss of a loved one

Healthy living and nutrition

  • Personalised four or eight-week get fit programmes based on a balanced diet and exercise regime
  • Improve diet, lose weight and adapt to medical conditions with our team of nutritionists
  • Calorie control tips and help with meal planning for dietary needs, making healthy choices easier

Financial and legal wellbeing

  • Expert guidance on a wide range of financial issues including reducing outgoings, budgeting advice, and accessing debt management support
  • Specialist guidance from legal experts who can help with divorce, property, probate, and more

Who can use WeCare?

WeCare is automatically available to all of our new and existing home finance customers and their immediate families. This includes spouses or partners, family members in the same household, and any legal dependents.

 

 

Ways of accessing WeCare

How do I access WeCare?

You have 3 options to choose from

  1. Download the ‘WeCare Programme’ app from the App Store or Google Play on your smartphone or tablet
  2. Visit the WeCare website to log in or register
  3. Call 0208 068 0035 to access WeCare services by phone

Your access code

You’ll be asked to provide an access code when you first set up your profile. This is your 9-digit customer reference number and it can be found at the top of letters we send to you.

Just so you know, you’ll need to complete a quick online ID check to access the GP services.

WeCare is provided by Teladoc Health. This service is non-contractual and can be withdrawn at any time if our partnership with Teladoc Health ends.
