What’s happened so far:

• The Scheme was sanctioned in the substantive hearing of the Petition in the Hong Kong Court which took place on 13 February 2026. The transfer contemplated under the Scheme has been approved by the Hong Kong Court.
• The Hong Kong Court has approved the transfer contemplated under the Scheme.
• The proposed transfer of the Hong Kong long-term insurance businesses of Canada Life Limited (“CLL”) to MyPace Life Limited (“MPL”) was completed on 1 March 2026.
