Important Notice: Hong Kong Portfolio Transfer

Important Update – 16th February 2026

The Scheme was sanctioned in the substantive hearing of the Petition in the Hong Kong Court which took place at 10 a.m. on 13 February 2026.  The transfer contemplated under the Scheme has been approved by the Hong Kong Court.

The proposed transfer of the Hong Kong long term insurance businesses of The Canada Life Assurance Company (“CLA”) and Canada Life Limited (“CLL”) to MyPace Life Limited (“MPL”) is expected to happen on 1 March 2026.
