Customer Service Team Leader

I took the Chartered Insurance Institute FA1 exam last summer and passed the CF1 exam just before the UK COVID-19 lockdown. I took the exams to help me in my role as a team leader in customer services. I found the experience challenging, but I’m so pleased with the outcome. It was definitely worth the hard work. CII have lots of tools to help with revision - the app and website really helped me with exam practice. My studies have helped me develop and increase my knowledge of the industry, which has made more confident in work.
