Nick Harding

Nick was appointed Chief People Officer for Canada Life UK in June 2021. He leads Canada Life UK’s People Strategy function to proactively support our colleagues to thrive throughout their Canada Life career, in a customer focused and inclusive environment.

Nick, a graduate of Leeds University, joined Canada Life in 2000 and completed the European Canada Life Accelerated Leadership Programme. He has held management roles in Operations and Distribution performing roles for the Retirement Income and Wealth Management lines of Business. Most recently, he has held senior roles leading teams across a breadth of business areas in Strategy (including Acquisition and Integration), Change Delivery and Marketing.
