Rose St Louis

Rose joined Canada Life UK in July 2026, taking up the newly created position of Chief Customer Officer, demonstrating our commitment to delivering the best outcomes for our customers and their intermediaries.

She brings a range of experience across investment, pensions, protection and asset management.  She most recently held the role of Protection Director at Lloyds Banking group, alongside her CEO position at Cavendish Online.  Prior to this Rose has held senior roles at KPMG and Zurich Insurance Company. 

Rose is committed to creating a truly customer-centric organisation and putting our 3.3m customers first, always.  She champions inclusive leadership and strives to create environments where people feel valued, heard and able to thrive.

She holds a degree in Public Administration and Management from the University of Kent.
