Andy Parsons

Andy Parsons is an Independent Non-Executive Director of Canada Life Limited, Canada Life UK Holdings Limited and The Canada Life Group (U.K.) Limited.  Andy brings to the board significant knowledge and expertise of the insurance industry and has held a number of leadership positions across UK financial services.

Andy is also a non-executive Director at Intact Insurance UK Limited (previously known as RSA Insurance), Legal & General Trustees Limited and RSA Insurance Group Limited. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees for the Legal & General Mastertrust.

Andy is an experienced CFO and has previously held executive positions within a number of market leading companies such as Just Group, Liverpool Victoria (LV=), Scottish Widows, Friends Life and AXA UK.
Andy was also an ABI Board member from 2014 to 2016 and Chair of the ABI Prudential, Financial and Taxation Committee.

Mr Parsons  holds an honours degree from Bristol University and is a chartered accountant.
