WeCare

WeCare is your health and wellbeing app, designed to support you through retirement.

What is WeCare

WeCare is our all‑in‑one wellbeing service, designed to support you and your immediate family through every stage of life. It’s free to use and provides access to 24/7 online GPs, second medical opinions, mental health support, get‑fit plans, nutrition support, and money and legal guidance – via app, website, or phone.

As you move into and through retirement, WeCare replaces some of the workplace benefits you may have had and introduces new forms of support.

Who can use WeCare?

You can use WeCare if you have a pension insured by Canada Life, whether you're already receiving payments or not.

Your immediate family has access too. This includes a spouse, partner, parent or sibling living in the same household as you, any legal dependant under 21 in full‑time education, or any other legal dependant who relies on you because of disability.

If you pass away, your spouse or partner can continue to access WeCare using your details. This means your immediate family can keep using it.

How do I access WeCare?

Privacy and important information

WeCare is confidential. Your clinical information stays between you and the WeCare clinicians.

You can use WeCare for free. If a GP issues a private prescription, you’ll need to pay for the medication.

WeCare is a non‑contractual service provided through Canada Life. We may update or withdraw it. Some services run during set hours (for example, legal and financial guidance on weekdays).

WeCare isn’t an emergency service. If you or someone else needs urgent help, call 999.
