I joined the actuarial scheme because I saw how dedicated the company was to supporting graduates, helping them gain experience and further education in the field. From the very first day, everyone was genuinely welcoming and helpful. I quickly realised there was a great work-life balance that came with the position, giving me plenty of time to study and progress my exams. 

The work really gets you thinking and can be challenging at times, which is something I thoroughly enjoy. Canada Life also organises fun social events throughout the year, which is a great way to get to know other team members and students outside the work environment.
