Supporting good customer outcomes

Our Setting the Standard Workshops have been designed to help you enhance your advice process.

Our workshops are free of charge to attend and have been designed with advisers who are recently qualified in equity release, or haven't written new business recently, in mind. The workshops look at best practise in the industry, and what you should be considering when you speak to your customers to ensure good customer outcomes.

Delegates will be provided you with:

  • A day-long training course with Canada Life
  • Chance to meet fellow advisers and build professional contacts
  • 4 hours of structured or unstructured CPD, depending on your preference

 Book your place here.

  • Understanding the advice process, from end to end
  • How to engage with external support agencies
  • Understanding the advice that you give
  • Understanding the importance of soft skills
  • The workshops are a day-long workshop
  • Our Setting the Standard Workshops are free to attend
  • Our Setting the Standard Workshops do not prescribe how to give equity release advice. Instead, they look at best practise in the industry. Canada Life do not take any responsibility for advice given following attendance of these workshops.
