Tom Evans

Tom was appointed MD of Retirement in May 2023, following a highly successful tenure as Managing Director of Home Finance and has played a key role in bringing together Individual Annuity and Home Finance into one Retirement business. Tom’s wealth of expertise and leadership is a real asset in driving forward this important part of our business.

Tom has been with Canada Life for over 10 years. In his position as Retirement MD, Tom has delivered exceptional outcomes for customers, with customer satisfaction scores continually improving. Tom has recently attended the global AI training program at Stanford University in California and also participated in the Harvard Business School leadership development programme.

With his deep understanding of our markets and the industries we work in, he plays a vital role in our focus to continue understanding and meeting our customers’ evolving needs and embedding technology solutions to lead us forward into the future.
