How is Toothfairy health regulated?

Toothfairy is the UK's first dental app to be regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), allowing remote diagnosis, triage and prescriptions.

Are the dentists trained and registered?

Yes, all Toothfairy dentists are trained in remote assessment and consulting, as well as UK registered and fully indemnified.

The service comes at no extra cost with all workplace protection policies. Some Toothfairy services come at an additional cost to the user. Why are some services locked in the app?

Employees will need to input their access code in the ‘profile’ section before some options become available. If you’re still unable to access services, you can use the ‘chat’ option to speak with a dentist.

How to access the Toothfairy™ app

1. Download the ‘Toothfairy’ app from the App Store or Google Play.

2. Complete your profile and enter the requested information.

3. In 'My Profile', click on 'Codes' and enter your company's access code.

Your company’s access code is your Canada Life scheme number. You can find this on your policy particulars or by asking your adviser. It should be a letter followed by a series of numbers. For example, Z12345.
