We’ve delivered a strong performance in 2023 despite challenging conditions, showing how our well-diversified business can weather ever-changing headwinds.
Our record-breaking sales of individual annuities have been driven by the attractive levels of income available, coupled with the demand from customers for secure income solutions.
Our bulk annuities business secured several deferred members transactions during the year, and we remain positive about its potential in a very active market. We also significantly increased our share of the UK offshore bond market, demonstrating our leadership in this space.
We thank our customers and advisers for placing their trust in us. Looking ahead, we continue to invest in modernising our systems, processes and introducing new digital technology that will further benefit customers and advisers.
