At Canada Life we’re experts in flexible benefits. Our dedicated flex team is on-hand to answer queries about flex arrangements, scheme underwriting, account management and any other support you need.

Bespoke marketing support

We provide a wide range of promotional material, ensuring employees are fully aware of what benefits are available and how they can sign up.

 All of these items are bespoke to the employer and include:

  • Flyers with sign up details and rate tables
  • Posters to use around the workplace
  • Videos for the flex platform or an employer’s intranet

Our Critical Illness Insurance policies provide a tax-free cash payment if an employee is diagnosed with a condition covered by the policy and survives for a set period of time.

Employers can provide a core benefit, for example one times salary, and employees can pay to increase this at set times of the year.

Alternatively, employers can offer voluntary only benefits. This means employees pay for their entire benefit.
