What are Claims Management Services?

Claims Management Services deal with all aspects of Group Income Protection claims, from assessing claims to helping employees return to work. We believe in working closely with employers to find the best resolution for both them and their employees. As a result, we are rated as one of the best Group Income Protection claim handlers in the market.

Key features:

  • Clinical claims assessment (e.g. cancer and stroke) – All Group Income Protection claims are dealt with by a dedicated team of assessors who will review all clinical claims and also deal with any claim-related queries. If all of the appropriate medical evidence is included with the claim form, we can assess and pay clinical claims in just 5 days.
  • Complex claims assessment (e.g. workplace stress) – We offer a dedicated team who deal exclusively with complex claims, who are supported by our experienced Claims Management Consultants.
  • Regional Rehabilitation Consultants – We employ a team of regionally-based Rehabilitation Consultants, who are registered nurses. They will support employees with medically endorsed Return to Work plans and provide expert advice throughout the entire rehabilitation process.
  • Claims Management Consultants - Our Claims Management Consultants conduct regular assessments of all in-payment claims and work with employers to manage workplace absence. All of our Claims Management Consultants have at least five years’ experience and are empowered to authorise claim decisions.
