Mailing of Tax Certificates (P60) – 2021 Update 

We send a Tax Certificate (known as a P60) to all our annuity and drawdown customers after the end of a tax year. All companies that pay out pension benefits are required by law to send this information each year by 31 May.  

What are P60 Tax Certificates? 

The P60 Tax Certificate shows your final tax code, total income and tax deductions for the previous tax year. You should keep your certificate safe, as it may be useful in future if you are asked to prove your earnings or are asked questions about tax. 

When will I get my P60? 

This year, we’ll expect to have sent out all P60s by 30 April 2021.  If you live overseas this may take a little longer to arrive. 

What should I do if I haven’t received my P60?
