Scheduled systems maintenance

Due to scheduled systems maintenance, the following Canada Life systems will not be available between Saturday 1 May 2021 to Monday 3 May 2021:

  • MyAccess (Retirement)
  • Canada Life Portal - Adviser Connect (onshore and offshore bonds), The Retirement Account Dashboard and the Annuity Quote Portal
  • Annuity Quote Web Service (Annuities)
  • Bond Valuations (Bonds)
  • New Business Processing (Individual Protection)

We’ve scheduled this routine maintenance over the early Spring Bank Holiday weekend to limit the impact on our advisers and customers. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
