Canada Life Portal registration

For professional advisers only

Canada Life provide a number of online systems for advisers and are continually improving the online user experience.  You can now use one single sign on to access different Canada Life systems.

Registration via this page is for financial advisers or paraplanners who are not currently registered with us and will provide access to the following:

Adviser Connect (onshore and offshore) - The online portal will allow advisers to view onshore & offshore bond valuations online (excluding bonds with a Discounted Gift Trust). The offshore version also provides access to transaction history, pending trades, view of account holdings and assets and more.

The Retirement Account Dashboard - The Dashboard allows you to create quotes, apply online, access fund valuations, set up phased drawdown, switch funds, manage the investment strategy of an individual client, set up or change any auto-rebalance rules, download client data and much, much more.

To register you will need to either:

  • Follow the on-screen instructions then click ‘Submit’
  • The system administrator* will need to approve your registration. If your company already has an administrator then they’ll receive an email about your pending registration. If you’re the first person to register from your company, you’ll become the administrator.
  • Once approved, you will be provided with an email that confirms you now have access to our Adviser Connect system.
  • We’ll arrange access to The Retirement Account Dashboard within 5 working days. You will receive a further email to confirm when this is complete.
Register
  • If you register to the site with Unipass, you’ll have limited access in Adviser Connect as soon as you submit your registration. This is because you aren’t required to create a user email and password. The system administrator* will need to approve your registration. If your company already has an administrator then they’ll receive an email about your pending registration. If you’re the first person to register from your company, you’ll become the administrator.
  • Once approved, you will be provided with full access to our Adviser Connect system and will receive email confirmation.
  • We’ll arrange access to The Retirement Account Dashboard within 5 working days. You will receive a further email to confirm when this is complete.

*The system administrator’s main role is to make sure only authorised individuals in your company have online access to client information.
