About the webinar
It’s estimated that up to 10 million people in England will require new or additional mental health support as a result of the pandemic. Line managers have a key role in safeguarding the mental wellbeing of employees, but many don’t have the skills or training to spot mental health issues before they become a bigger problem.
Our mental health toolkit webinar is designed to teach mental health awareness, so you can better spot poor mental health before it becomes a more serious problem. This webinar is mainly designed for managers and HR teams, but could be useful for anyone interested in mental health at work.
In this webinar, you’ll learn:
- How to spot signs of mental health problems early
- How to focus on prevention of workplace stress rather than cure
- How to understand the steps to taking action to support mental health in the workplace
- How to build your Mental Health Toolkit at work
