Registered General Nurse, Rehabilitation Consultant and Mental Health First Aider Trainer

Rachel has over 30 years’ experience in mental health and vocational rehabilitation. Before joining Canada Life, she worked in the NHS as a Registered General Nurse specialising in Cardio Thoracic care. Rachel has been a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant at Canada Life for over 13 years. She has a passion for mental health and employee wellbeing and regularly delivers Mental Health First Aider training to companies across the UK.

John Kendall

Registered General Nurse, Rehabilitation Consultant and Mental Health First Aider Trainer

John has extensive knowledge of employee wellbeing and mental health. He worked for the NHS as a Registered General Nurse specialising in neurological medicine before joining Canada Life as Senior Rehabilitation Consultant over 7 years ago. John delivers Mental Health First Aider training to our customers in and around Scotland and has a passion for driving mental health awareness and removing the stigma around mental ill health.
