Your speaker:

Jeremy worked in the shoe industry for 20 years travelling extensively throughout the world.  After being made redundant, he embarked upon a management career within the public sector, gaining a degree in the process. Redundancy struck again 16 years later and since then works as a speaker and trainer in the field of mental health and suicide awareness.

Undiagnosed for many years, Jeremy lived with depression, an illness he kept secret from everyone including his family, until a suicide attempt in 2010, and so the story continues….
