How do I unlock perks?
Complete the form below and the TELUS Health team will be in touch within three working days.
You will need to select an admin as part of the onboarding process. Ideally the admin should be someone in your HR or reward team. The admin is responsible for:
- Managing the TELUS Health dashboard
- Updating joiners and leavers
- Driving take-up of the app
