For Home Finance customers:

Unfortunately, we can’t adjust the date that your direct debit is collected. If a payment isn’t taken, we’ll try again a few days later. Speak to our Customer Service Team if you’d like to discuss your monthly payments. Contact us.

You’ll need to send us a certified copy of the Power of Attorney, along with the name of the policyholder and their policy number.

A copy of the Power of Attorney can be certified by the donor (as long as they have the mental capacity), a solicitor, notary public, stockbroker, bank official or a professional financial adviser.

We may ask for more documents to verify your identity.
