Employee Assistance Programme - 24/7 Helpline and Online Support

EmployeeCare is offered as part of our Group Income Protection product. EmployeeCare provides confidential telephone and face-to-face counselling, as well as support with everyday matters such as finding childcare or eldercare, legal issues and debt management. It is an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) which is free for employees to use.

EmployeeCare provides confidential telephone, e-mail and face-to-face counselling, legal and medical advice, as well as an online Health Gateway to help individuals track their fitness and wellbeing.

All UK-based employees of employers that have taken out a Group Income Protection policy with us can access EmployeeCare. This is regardless of whether they are covered by the policy or not.

  • Register through EmployeeCare website for access to a wide range of wellbeing tools, articles, health information and lifestyle advice.
