Canada Life appoints new Customer Services Director

Canada Life has appointed David Sutton as its’ new Customer Services Director, replacing Tracy Woodward who moves across to take up the role of Director of Compliance and Regulatory Affairs.

David was previously Head of Business Management (COO office) and has been appointed following a thorough internal and external search. He has been with Canada Life for 22 years in a variety of roles across operations, change strategy and wealth, and lives on the Isle of Man.

Tracy moves into the role of Director of Compliance and Regulatory Affairs, and is responsible for relationships with the UK regulators. Tracy’s appointment follows a thorough internal and external search process following the departure of Steve Cameron in December 2022.
