We believe in recognising and rewarding our people, so we offer a competitive salary and benefits package that’s regularly reviewed.
We offer competitive salaries for all roles and regularly review them against external benchmarks, for both financial services and other industries. We formally review individual salaries once a year.
We also offer a performance-related bonus, which is based on both the company results and your individual performance.
We offer a highly attractive company pension scheme and colleagues can 'opt in' on joining the company and sacrifice an employee contribution % of their choice to receive a company employer contribution % of pensionable salary which is increased after three months. We’ll also match your own contributions up to a certain amount. Our company pension scheme is a smart, tax-efficient scheme with contributions taken by salary sacrifice.
Pension arrangements may be different for our Isle of Man and Ireland employees.
You’ll have access to our private medical insurance plan when you join us, with the level of cover determined by your role.
We’ll provide you with income protection cover, which pays a percentage of your salary if you become seriously ill and unable to work for an extended period. It’s available to all employees who meet the eligibility, from their first day of employment.
We’ll provide you with life insurance from the day you join us. This means that if you die while you’re employed by us, we’ll make a payment of four times your annual salary to your nominated beneficiaries. This could be your spouse, partner or immediate family.
We also provide optional spouse insurance, which provides a single lump sum amount, payable on the death of your partner. You’ll need to buy this within three months of joining us, or within one month of getting married or entering a civil partnership while you’re working for us. This is only available for our UK mainland employees.
