Canada Life has reached a major milestone for its flagship savings and drawdown platform, The Retirement Account. By offering over 2,200 funds and providing access to 66 fund houses, advisers are able to access major asset managers and investment specialists including Liontrust, Trojan and Vanguard.
This significant extension in range allows advisers to manage portfolios in the one place, while providing the flexibility in fund range expected by their clients.
The fund range now offers advisers more than 700 Sustainable options rated 4 Globes and above by Morningstar’s sustainability rating.
Shelley Greenwood, Head of Investment Proposition, Wealth at Canada Life UK said:
“Exceeding 2,000 funds on the Retirement Account is a huge milestone in our journey to provide a best in class range of funds for advisers to pick and choose a bespoke retirement journey tailored to their clients.
“From simple, low cost insured passive investing and multi-asset approaches, to protected funds and direct access to collectives, we have the majority of bases covered to help support advisers to implement their Centralised Investment and Retirement Propositions as they react to clients’ changing needs.
“Importantly, funds tailored to delivering Environmental, Social and Governance requirements are also catered for as we continue to see some investors move towards a more socially conscious, emotive way of investing, rather than focusing purely performance driven strategies.
“Of course our Extended fund range is dynamic and feedback is always welcome from advisers if they spot any gaps in our provision or additions as we continue to grow and evolve.”
