Before registering for the Dashboard and/or Model Portfolio Manager for the first time please ensure you are aware of what is available for each role/user type.

Registration process - The Retirement Account Dashboard

We are looking to improve our online offering by moving towards a more streamlined experience. You can now use one single sign on to access different Canada Life systems (Adviser Connect and The Retirement Dashboard). To register for The Retirement Account Dashboard there are three specific processes to follow. Please select the process most appropriate to your individual circumstances.

1. Previously registered

2. Current user - Adviser Connect

3. First time registration

You have registered for our Adviser Connect system prior to 7 December 2020 and now want to access The Retirement Account Dashboard

You are a current user of our Adviser Connect system and now want to access The Retirement Account Dashboard

You are registering for the first time for both our Adviser Connect system and The Retirement Account Dashboard

You will need to complete the registration process.

  1. If your administrator has already authorised your request you should have received an email with instructions on how to complete registration to Adviser Connect
  2. Once complete you will need to ask your system administrator to add the Retirement Account Dashboard functionality to your user permissions.
  3. After they’ve authorised your request our Customer Services team will set up your Dashboard access within 5 working days and provide email confirmation.

You will need to ask your Canada Life Portal system administrator to add the Retirement Account Dashboard functionality to your user permissions.

You will be given access to The Retirement Account Dashboard and our Adviser Connect system (both Onshore and Offshore).

 

To register you will need to either:

  1. Register with an email and password, or
  2. Register via Unipass

Registration process - Model Portfolio Manager 

There are three specific processes to follow if you want to use the Model Portfolio Manager tool. These processes apply to the following roles – Financial Adviser, Paraplanner or Adviser Firm.


Please select from the most appropriate option below – A, B or C.

You want to add on Model Portfolio Manager but do not currently have access to The Retirement Account Dashboard or Adviser Connect

You currently have access to Adviser Connect but not The Retirement Account Dashboard.

You want to add on Model Portfolio Manager and already have access to The Retirement Account Dashboard

  1. Firstly complete process 3 above – i.e. submit a registration form for Adviser Connect and The Retirement Account Dashboard. Please ensure that if you are registering as a firm or network you select ‘adviser’ when completing the registration process for the Dashboard.

  2. Immediately following this initial registration you will need to complete the form below.
  1. Ask your Canada Life Portal system administrator to add the Retirement Account Dashboard functionality to your user permissions.
  2. Immediately following this initial registration request you will need to complete the form below.

 

If you currently have TRA Dashboard access please complete the form below*. We will be in contact when access to the Model Portfolio Manager Tool is complete.

 

*If you currently have access as an adviser but now need firm/network Model Portfolio Manager access you’ll need to arrange a separate registration process (because this is a different role which requires a different email address on the system) – please see process A.

 

 

Email rules

We recommend that individuals use a personal company email address (i.e. firstname.lastname@myifa.com) where possible, though we will accept other email types. The same recommendation applies to firms (i.e. admin@myifa.com). Please note that you cannot use an email address at firm level that has already been used for an individual Dashboard account.
