This Statement has been prepared in accordance with Section 35 of the Pensions Act 1995 (the “Act”, as amended by the Pensions Act 2004 and the Occupational Pension Schemes (Investment) Regulations 2005). The effective date of this Statement is 5 March 2024. This document has been drafted in the light of the Myners’ Principles and specifically Myners’ recommendations relating to the content of Statements of Investment Principles. The ultimate power and responsibility for deciding investment policy lies solely with the Trustee. However, the Trustee consults the Principal Employer on changes in investment policy. In preparing this document the Trustee has had regard to the requirements of the Acts concerning diversification and suitability of investments, and the Trustee will consider those requirements on any review of this document or any change in investment policy.
